A stylish self contained Bed and Breakfast Self Catering accommodation within the courtyard of a Victorian town house in uphill Lincoln, with off-road parking.
Easily located, just five minutes walk away from the historic quarter of Lincoln including Steep Hill voted Britan's best place 2011 by the Academy of Urbanism. The accommodation, which is on ground level, is furnished to a high standard and comprises of a lovely, large, centrally heated room, comfortable King sized bed, fully equipped Kitchen with fridge, Hob, En-suite with Power Shower. Equipment includes: Flat screen TV, Free WiFi access, DVD player with DVD selection, Clock radio, iPod docking station, Hairdryer, Ironing board and iron. Quality towels and bed linen provided. There is also a patio area for guest's use. Check in is between 4pm and 9pm, check in is available outside of these hours by prior arrangement. Self service continental breakfast is provided with fresh milk and assorted cereals, bread, butter, fruit preserves, fruit juice, croissants, organic yogurt and teacoffee making facilities. Bruneswold Coach House is easy to locate, situated in the historic uphill area of Lincoln, within a short walk of the Cathedral, Castle and Bailgate area. Main shopping centre is 10 - 15 minute walk. Nearest Railway Station: Lincoln Central (0.9 Miles) Nearest Airport: East Midlands (57 Miles)By Car From the NorthLeave the A1 at Markham Moor and take the A57 towards Lincoln. Turn left onto the A46 Ring Road North and turn right at the next roundabout onto the B1226, Riseholme Road. Go across the next roundabout onto Newport. After about 14 mile turn right into Rasen Lane, opposite the Newport Fish and Chip Shop and Radio Lincolnshire. Take the first right off Rasen Lane into Hereward Street. We are the first house on the left.From the SouthLeave the A1 at Newark and take the A46 towards Lincoln. On reaching the outskirts of Lincoln turn left at the large roundabout, still following the A46. Continue along the A46 across three roundabouts. At the fourth roundabout turn right onto the B1226, Riseholme Road. Go across the next roundabout onto Newport. After about 14 mile turn right into Rasen Lane, opposite the Newport Fish and Chip Shop and Radio Lincolnshire. Take the first right off Rasen Lane into Hereward Street.
